I’ve decided to learn how to bake. Part hobby, part new-year’s resolution, it seems like a useful thing to learn. I haven’t spent much time in the kitchen, and now that my wife is starting graduate school I may need to be more useful in that department. And who doesn’t like fresh bread?
I begin with a no-knead rustic bread.
